  I went to Pala Mesa Pizza today to get an antipasto salad and was surprised to hear of all the salad dressing choices.  I chose ranch and blue cheese but they have so many more that are all homemade including pesto ranch.  I wish I would have tried it because their chicken pesto pizza is yummy.  The guy who helped me followed me out to pala Mesa market to get fresh tomatoes for my salad.  Said they weren't ripe at the store so he needed to run and get some.  Better than hearing "sorry we are out".  The salad was amazing, both the ranch and blue cheese.  I highly recommend this location for amazing salads.

  Again,  I went to visit my daughter in Pala Mesa and  bring a pizza.... Best chicken pesto ever had. Two times in a row.     Next time I need to try something different to enjoy  my taste buds......  Visiting my 28 year old daughter just got a lot better because she is close to Pala Mesa Pizza.!!! VICO

  I was taught by my parents that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. BUT WHEN THE MANAGER IS SO FAR OUT OF LINE, I felt I needed to post something. When I asked for my money back (from the pizza they quoted 20 minutes and I ordered over an hour prior and it was still not ready) the Manager said, your money has been put back on your card SO HAVE A NICE LIFE. Enough said...  even though it's only a few minutes from my home, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.  After reading all the similar negative reviews...  it's obvious the owner does not care.  The one star I gave was for location.

  Wow these guys threw down a great pie. So great we ate the whole thing! Everything was great, the amount of toppings, the sauce, the crust.....perfect combination. Yes, this will become regular pizza stop when the craving hits. Also, the cardboard insert for box started to tear, moved the pie to cutting board but aluminum or parchment or wax would be better ....and Just wished they had delivery, but understand why they don't...especially in Fallbrook on winding roads.

  Probably the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. Worse than the DMV.
  
  My family has ordered several times and not once, NOT ONCE, have they gotten the order correct. Not only is the order always inaccurate, but it is never, NEVER, ready when my father arrives to pick it up. And I'm talking like an additional 20-40 minutes longer than the time that was quoted. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Like one other reviewer mentioned, YOU GUYS NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER, IT'S REALLY NOT THAT HARD.
  
  I don't know why we continue to order food from this place. I guess because this is Fallbrook and options are extremely limited (and for this reason, they are very lucky, because if they had more competition, they would probably be out of business). Their one saving grace is that the food is actually very good. I just wish they could figure out the customer service aspect of their business, as it is equally just as important, if not more so.
  
  So, BUYER BEWARE, if you plan on ordering food here, don't be surprised if you have to wait when you arrive, and for an incorrect order at that.
